Can two people share the app on each of their phones for one camera?

Yes. You can set it up for the second person by going to Family & Guests menu in the app. Once they have the app on their device, they will get an email to set up the shared account.
The second person can be either an Admin or Guest. You chose when setting up the account. The Guest can see live views and get notifications, but not change anything.

I have shared my 2C Pro cameras with a family member, allowing admin access. The sharing works to a certain degree, but the eufy app on the family member’s iPhone 11 does not receive all event notifications and the playback icon (that shows the number of clip alerts to be viewed) that is shown on my iPhone 11 Pro in the eufy app does not appear on her phone. There is another thread about this from a year ago, but issue does not seem to have been resolved by eufy for some reason
Eufy did this on purpose so its easy to tell the Primary Admin account. All the other admin accounts and guests have to go to the Events tab to see clips. My guess is it makes it easy for developers switching between accounts to tell the Primary account on the main page. They don’t consider it an issue to be fixed.
