Option to give limited access to Family & Friends?

I’d like to be able to give limited access to my internal security cameras. At the moment I can only give full access or admin access. I would like to be able to give access to the live feeds only, not the notifications and recordings. It would also be great if the admin was able to be notified if another user has viewed the feed.
