Anyone else has this issue ?
Since upgrading to version v5.0.70_59168 on iOS, my cameras are not in the order anymore that I have setup via the favourites menu on my iPad.
on my iPhone this still works but on the iPad the order of my cameras are now random, no matter what order I have setup.
WOW! What a setup! Are you able to configure/change the order within the IPAD version? Or you can do this, and it still changes back to a random order?
If so, try reinstalling the app on the IPAD!

I can change the order via setup but when going to the security lab it still shows in a random order. When going back to the settings, the correct order is still there but not in the security tab.
Uninstalled/installed already, same problem.
Hmm. Try going to favourites. Then add/save the cameras one by one.
I don’t use the Favorites tab, I just use the security tab. But for the sake of testing I enabled it and added all my devices on the favorites tab. That is working fine and the order is also as I want it.
The problem is in the security tab.
Changing the order in the setup does not change the order in the security tab.
Update from EUFY Support team:
We have identified that this problem was introduced in version 70 of the app. The good news is that it has been fully resolved in version 71, which is currently in the process of a gradual release (gray release). You should receive this update automatically in the near future.
