i just received the Homebase 3 with 3C Cameras.
I want to set up Home/Away via Alexa but also want my schedule to work in the set hours.
So, that my system is always armed between 10pm and 6am when im asleep, but when i leave the home over the day, i want to set it via Alexa to away and back to home after i come back. Next 10pm it should automatically arm like its set in the schedule.
I have already managed to set Home / Away Mode through Alexa (with routines, since the Homebase must first be deactivated before you can set the Home status…) but my set schedule dont trigger at the set time.
Like its not overwrite the existing state if the schedule-mode is not manually set.
i already talked to the support but they say thats no possible.
I cant believe that, that is a absolut basic level feature.
Edit: I already tried a schedule with alexa Routines, but this doenst work, because alexa needs the 4-digit Voice Code to deactivate the Homebase in the morning,
