Eufy ‘help’ centre sent me an email to change my password. The ‘help’ centre did not take a blind bit of notice to what I told them was my problem. My problem was NOT my password.
I have attempted this
I tried to change my password in the app and I keep on getting the STUPID robot code with symbols and letters and go around in circles as the code I daft and does not make sense!
Any help would be appreciated
