Whenever the alarm is deactivated via the keypad (i.e., when the security mode is changed), I receive a notification on my phone. This issue needs to be addressed, as it renders the system ineffective. The primary function of the “alarm” is to send notifications through the app, but if I am receiving 5-6 notifications per day simply because the alarm is being activated or deactivated with the correct PIN code, it will lead to users disabling notification sounds. This, in turn, would result in the system failing to alert us during actual security events.
