not sure about 30° but I just experienced this with a couple of mine at 17° the panel wasn’t charging so I brought them indoors and plugged them in and they didn’t start charging until they warmed up. All rechargeable batteries don’t like cold no matter what brand

My E30 is have two the batteries work amazing in the cold they always on 100% even its 20 outside it will charge in cold weather but s4 drains fast online says because s4 has more cameras has more features then s4 that drains the battery and someone talked to eufy they said the s4 stops charging when its 30 and below to keep battery being damaged..
