My camera is showing pink videos. I already reset it, changed to a different angle, changed night mode IR to off, even moved to a different location and still has the issue.
Please help as I’m in Mexico and not sure how to send it back if needed
I would contact eufy@support sounds like a hardware issue…
if you search you will find this thread pops up every few weeks. the filter in the camera is the problem. most times the camera gets replaced by eufy.
