Please help!! My e220 cam isn’t paring with HomeKit!

That’s weird my E220’s seem to hook right up… Okey, you know that an electric cam not solo… so it has to be plugged in to pair…
What happens when you hit the sync button…?
Also it says ring on top of the screen… are you using g a ring app…? The shot don’t look familiar…
The ring is just my phone ringer
It’s plugged in and works just it doesn’t connect to HomeKit
And what kind of homebase is it…?

What do mean by home kit… do you mean the app… Home kits usually come with a HB2 or 3…
How many cams are you running and which ones/one are you having problems with…???
And last do you have wi fi… the cams connection has to be by wi=fi…
You have to have a goid enough wi fi connection it’s trying to connect to for it to pair…
Sorry was saying you have to have a gòd enough wi=fi connection around for it to pair and function as well…
Apple HomeKit, and it has plenty wifi

Okay check it out your phone has to be on the same wifi and your camera pretty much has to be right next to the home base when connecting…
HomeKit, it does seem to restrict a lot of features…
