Please my Anker r50i is not strongly connecting on my phone 20 cm and it’s breaking pls what can be done

To fix this issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure the charging case has enough power and reset the earbuds:
    • Open the charging case and take out both earbuds.
    • Press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until you hear the reset tone.

  2. Go to the Soundcore app and turn off Adaptive ANC:
    • Noise Cancellation > Mode > Manual Mode.

  3. In the app, turn off Dual Connections to improve stability.

  4. Test the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if the issue persists — this can help rule out interference.
