Innocent in till proven guilty oh wait a minute caught black handed again!! So tired of this happening to people. in the end it somehow costs all of honest people money. 
I’m sure this thief can be easily found, provided you supply the police with the video.
And if I was a cop and saw this man riding a bike with a large Amazon box I’d definitely question him.

I agree, it’s costing us. Our tax dollars to provide him with not only with a roof over his head but food in his stomach for the one whopping day he will spend in jail.
