Price match issues

Has anyone experienced issues with Eufy’s price matching policy, especially in reference to this Holiday season’s Flash Sales and bundles? Eufy’s price matching policy has always given me a lot of respect for the company amd faith in my purchases. The holiday flash sales, bundle offerings and pricing have bee all over the place this season with what I feel was a big emphasis on buy this now or you won’t see this price again. It’s led to a lot of confusion, frustration and even doubt on purchases. Now for the first time I’m having issues with honoring price matches. Has anyone else had any hiccups or interesting stories to share from this holiday season?

Yes, same here. The prices have been jumping around sporadically for the Black Friday sales.
I recently purchased the Smart Display E10 with $50 off also thinking that was going to be the best price, 2 Days later I see it’s now $70 off.
I did a price adjustment request through the app for the difference and two emails later they adjusted the price that I paid.

Have you receieved the E10 display yet? What do you think? I actually used the E10 pricing as an example in my emails to Eufy. If you went through the security app to their website it one price, if you went through a browser it was another price and a 3rd price if you used to Eufy Clean App to access their page all at the same time. They said that prices are sometimes offered exclusively to different people on a limited basis and that they won’t price match to promotional sales. If you don’t price match to promotions then you don’t price match because everything is always full price😅

I’ve had the display for almost 2 weeks now, I like it, why I bought it.. was that I don’t need to use my cell phone while I’m home to watch events.
You can delete recorded events quicker too and it will also delete the events on your phone at the same time.
I am having an issue with the Auto Live View not engaging / activating between my set schedule time.

I only checked the prices through the apps shop store. Interesting that a browser to the website shows a different pricing, would think if you logged in you would see the same prices as they know who you are? Hmmm.

Yeah, I’m not sure why it works that way. This is Samsung Internet on December 10th at 12:04 vs the Eufy Security App on the same Day/time. I know these weren’t the lowest prices this holiday season, but just one if many examples of Eufy offering different prices/deals at the exact same time

Just something that’s good to know. You have to even shop around the different Eufy e-commerce portals to find the best price/deal at any given time.
