I have installed the eufy application on iPhone X and iPad . But only on iPad I have notifications with thumbnails. The same notifications on iPhone has not thumbnails. I have set both applications on the same way. What is that?
What I have to check?

Are you having issues viewing the camera on your iPhone, and no issues on your IPad? If so, I’m having the same problems. I deleted the app on my phone a couple of times, and when I reinstall it, each of the cameras do not display a picture, just a black screen, but yet on my iPad it’s working fine. This started today 1/29/21.
I just powered off my phone and restarted it and it fixed the problem. Try that, hopefully it will work for you.
I have made a hard reset, and now it’s working fine. Thank for your help.
