problems viewing playback of evening after update on 25.02
I’ve had nothing but problems since downloading the update. Homebase offline even though the blue light is fixed on, can’t retrieve event footage and can’t view live feed. Luckily I only updated one device and so using the other with the old version of the app
I’ve noticed it’s slower to load
Powered off the homebase for 5 minutes and cleared cache on my app settings seams to have done the trick

Nope didn’t exactly work . Got one e330 working correct by removing then adding again . But have found other one now not working of an evening correctly . Will have to remove and re add . Pain in the neck as there up high fixed to underneath of soft boards .
Don’t expect it to be resolved anytime soon. I spent 5 weeks in direct communication with customer service manager and supposed technicians didn’t and still haven’t resolved any of the numerous bugs.
They pay plenty of lip service, but don’t do a thing about it
You’ll be doing that regularly, just a heads up. Plus it will start to crash on restart too. Exactly how my BRAND NEW product is. After 5 weeks, no fix
