I’m having issues with my Eufy wireless video doorbell.
It regularly triggers video alerts when no one is there (and no animals to set it off), triggers ringing when no one is there frequently up to dozens of times per day, and often rings several minutes after someone actually pushes the button. The phantom videos drain the battery (it can be one after the other for an hour sometimes) and the phantom rings have become so annoying we’ve finally pulled the ringer out of the wall. Is there any way to solve these problems?
