Public urination. A gardener that works at that house you see on the left. Although not a crime in California, it is indecent exposure. That road leads to our canyon and our neighbors enjoy it along with their children.

He did not ask because most people would not let a stranger in their house
OMG totally wrong on many levels. 
He could have chosen a more private location around the bend by the canyon area which is visible from the spot he chose to urinate. Many of us use that area for exercise and walk it with our children. He would have been front and center had someone return from the walk. He chose a very visible area. By the way, he did it twice!
Glad you caught the moment and have the video. P!SSES me off when people you pay to clean your property dirty it! Our landscapers have done worse–and the dog rolled in it–but didn’t have cameras in place. It still turns my stomach…
