Pumping mums who use their bottle washer to wash their pumps, do you wash/sterilize/dry every cycle or just wash/dry? Cause I have noticed sterilizing every time wears out faster the silicone parts.
I typically just wash them and will sterilize when convenient. It was recommended to me that sterilization needs to be done once in a 24hour period.
A trick I learned from a mom in another group was to put the used parts in the fridge in between sessions. I do this sometimes too but only use the same parts twice before cleaning. Using them more than that without washing makes me worried.
