I’m looking at getting the battery powered 2k doorbell, would the base station that it comes with work for the outdoor security cameras if I purchased one or two of them as add-ons later?
I have the battery powered doorbell with the home base 2. Then I purchased the 2k add on cameras. They connected easily with the sync method the app uses.

It would. Depending on what deals are available you can either get cameras with a home base 2 bundled or a doorbell set, you can either one (and some other cams) later.
