Question: how does one “View Help & Feedback” sufficiently to claim the 10 credits?
I’ve viewed that page, clicked around, etc. But nothing I do seems to signal to the app that I’ve completed that “quest”.

Yes, I have had the same question as well. Got Q30 over-ear headphones for Christmas & just bought a pair of A20i earbuds last week. I have been trying since December & I have never been able to get the points for it.
I’ve not gotten and answer. 
I am experiencing the same issue. It’s evidently a bug.
