I just set up my new E340 video doorbell in battery mode. Is there a way to record live video to the doorbell itself? It seems that if motion is detected, the video will be recorded to the device. But if I’m viewing live video from my phone, and I hit the record button, it only records to my phone, not to the device. I’d like it to record to the device itself, that way others with access to the camera can view the video. Or if I have a bad connection with my phone, I don’t want the video to not record just because it’s not getting to my phone properly. Thanks!

Hi, in our definition, the Recording from the live view is the user’s proactive and personal behavior. We don’t know how long you’re going to record, and if it is long, it will cost local storage.
Once the recorded footages are stored on the device, since these footages are not events, neither you nor other users with access to the device can view them from the Event List.
