Is there a way to remove notifications for recognized faces? I’d like to get notifications when only someone who doesn’t love at your house shows up.

Go to your Homebase 3 in My Devices, go to settings, notifications, ignore notifications. You can then set there which known persons to ignore. At least you should, never tried it myself.

I didn’t spot that “Ignore” menu, which is useful, but I think it could still be flawed - it says “Detection” is longer range than “Recognition” - so it’ll tell you “someone” is detected but then not who - so that would make me feel worse not knowing 
Thanks. I have the wired dual doorbell without a separate homebase. I went to the doorbell’s notification settings. Over there I don’t have an option to ignore notifications. Just enable/disable motion detect and chose the Motion Alert tone
