Hi there, I have had my eufy system for about a week and it is constantly dropping offline, so after trying a the usual steps of restarting router etc it did resolve the issue. I took the step of removing the home base from the app to then reinstall. Following this my home base will now not show the blue light through the process whereby you re -add to the app. It also will not reset at all.
Has any one had this issue? Any advice appreciated
