I tried to remove 2 devices (phone) from my account which were logged in under my name. When I selected “remove device” it removed the phones, but now the camera is not on my account… when I try to reconnect camera it gets to the solid white light part and exit’s the app… How do I reconnect my camera back to my phone?
I have my camera reconnected now. When I started to set up the camera… I clicked "do not have code"and that allowed me to complete the pairing process. Before I kept inputting the code that was on the box, it would get to “flashing white light” I’d click connect and it would close app. No code allowed me to go all the way through.
