Hi, I have bought a retrofit e130/r20 smart lock, 2nd hand but brand new in box.
The firmware on the lock is dated to 1970. Whenever I try to update the firmware, the app says it fails to check for update.
I live in Denmark and I’m not sure if that’s why it fails, because I’m not sure this lock has ever been officially available for purchase here.
The problem is that the 4 batteries get drained every 14 days, even though the lock only operates 2-4 times a day.
I hope someone can come up with a solution, otherwise it’s too expensive to keep it fed with batteries.
