I’m on Android. How can I delete all the events at once? It only lets me delete events day by day and my events go back to Sept 2023. Needless to say, I’m not going to block off an hour of my day just to delete hundreds of 30 second videos.
I asked in the chat and both options provided by the chat bot did not work. I don’t have an option to edit when I tap on events.
I don’t have that doorbell but, try looking in the cameras settings / General / Storage.
There may be an option to clear storage or delete storage or something similar to that.

Thanks. There was an option under the camera settings to format which clears them all. It was located under the settings when you tap the gear icon on the video itself not in the settings from the main drop down which is where I was looking. Don’t know why they just don’t put it in the main settings section. Seems this would be where most people would look for it
Yeah, eufy is kooky about that. Where you think a setting/option should be… It’s completely found someplace else that makes no sense.
