Hey i got the new s4 100ft had them installed spliced them to go to 2nd floor and bottom.ridge line. They dont work correcrly i can only control the left secrion. Of my house not the others. Did tou run into this issue and how do i fix it . As you can see omly the left side i can dim and change colors
Sorry, I did not have to splice mine. Did you go into the settings and light manager to calibrate the length? Does it look correct? Is there a button to select a splice and location? If you still have this problem, I would check the splice, I think they made the ability to splice as easy as possible but the fact of cutting and connecting, there has to be room for some error. They are fun once you get them figured out. Good luck and keep us posted!

Yea i checked the splice i had them professionally installed. Recommended by my close neighbors . I chose eufy over govee because app integration was supposes to be easy. But so far lights still dont workk, and customer support is one of the worst! You may have luckes out, but i would definitely not recommend eufy lights . Especially their customer support. I am currently trying trying to get in touch with theri engineers and then senior management. Toies look great though
This setting was under scene, holiday, nutcracker.
Hoping you find fix and they help you out. I’ve been having a fun time with ours. Changing for sports, Valentine’s Day, and now, with the radar, when I arrive home I set it to turn on bright white and lead the way to the door!
