this is just crazy. Looks homeless and he does this regularly? He should be hunted down and………………well I’ll keep that part to myself. I feel bad for someone that is homeless due to no fault of their own but get help from community service DONT STEAL from the community!!!

You’ve got a person going the opposite direction that appears to be aware of the individual and has some suspicion. Why don’t they keep an eye on them and at least report them?

they don’t want any trouble. Yes report has been file twice already but due to the packages isn’t over 1,000.00 the cops won’t do stuff. I guessed it was California you have to steal over$1000. To get in trouble. Under that they say to the criminal we are sorry to bother you and here is a gift card to Walmart and a free cell phone and health care for your whole family while veterans struggle to survive.

Yep that is right! Is crazy how the item they steal have to cost at least 1,000 it’s crazy that how every store is closing and also even if the stuff they steal is over 2,000 they still wont do anything. Who know what the thief got some got weapons like firearm it’s crazy. My dad was cleaning a building and saw those two people in the laundry room in a building they had gums lying out and later that day he have to do a report. :expressionless_face:
