I have the same camera. I need a storage option for our videos to record. I purchased the cloud option and now it’s saying that the cloud doesn’t work? Did you buy a “homebase” for yours??
@alexisseligman a homebase is the only solution for me. Dont know why amyone would want yet another subscription service. Get a homehub and some extra storage. Its all you need
