First off, love my Eufy X10, this is my 3rd upgrade from them. The problem I was having was scale. My floors had lost their shine. I wasn’t carrying dozens of bottles of pure water home. After extensive research I found a product that works. “Scale Funk Fix” Honestly, I love Eufy, they have great products and customer service, but sometimes you find a better product that pairs with it.
