I try to connect my C220 to the homebase 3 but it seems that the system does not recognise or find the homebase 3 any tips to help me in that regards?
I am so confused and disappointed. I purchased 2 of the eufy s330 4lte cameras that operate on cellular or wifi to put at My parents home.i thought this would be a great way to check on them. I purchased the cloud storage only to find out when my 30 day trial ends i will not be able to use the cloud storage because i do not have a home base and my parents dont have wifi.

Just picked up a 256 USB GIG and stuck it in home base. There was already a memory stuck but no storage memory. Let’s hope I can retrieve if necessary.

I am now so confused!!!
I was storing everything on the home base. Was able to view, download it and watch live. All my cameras worked great.
Now there is no option to save straight to the home base. I am disabled and can not use SD cards nor do I want too. The Eufy cams and home base was a great option for me as was free now everything is a miss, not getting notifications from the outside cams only the inside ones and the outside ones don’t even show on the devices section but are on home screen. The settings is not so verried now and I feel like I’ve just waisted $2,000. Not at all happy. It’s only got option for NAS storage now as well for the outside cams. What have you done!!
Also I do not get any notifications from outside cams and yes it’s turned on. Volumes right up but nil. I have spent so many hours trying to fix it. Please help!

I have Homebase 3 with both indoors and outdoors video cams and do not wish to opt for quite expensive cloud to store images. Anyone reading this message, please provide links to websites which sell hard drive suitable to store data in my Homebase 3 and that would be much appreciated. Thanks, as at 4am Monday 09 June 2025
This company is a reap off. I didnt purchase this camera but was gving it through my home security company. It no longer will store vedios or bring old ones up. I’ve contacted this company to cancel my storage subscription and kept getting replies fro. what seems like a robot. I cant cancel it through the app because it goes to the google pixel site not even their site, and support online says to contact them. Ive been holding on the phone waiting for a live person and have not been able to contact anyone. I will just have to cancel my card unfortunately because they aren’t going to scame me or have me paying for a service I cant use. Why would their cancel subscription button lead to a site not theirs. Beware of these scammers.
