Danke für den Hinweis. Kann man das auch in deutscher Sprache lesen??

Good point about SD Cards. Once the prowler steals your security camera with the SD card then your footage, camera, and memory card are gone. Homebase 3 is a decent alternative.

Can you tell me what carriers support Sim usage in the 4g S330 cameras? I cant seem to find reliable information from any of the retailers local to me

Hello Eufy Team,
I have recently purchased the Eufy SoloCam S340 and overall I am very happy with the product. The dual lens and AI tracking features are excellent, and I appreciate the solar panel integration.
However, I noticed that there is no option to flip or rotate the video image in the settings. This is a very basic feature that many security cameras already provide, and it would be extremely useful when installing the camera in different positions (for example, indoors for testing or in situations where the camera must be mounted upside down
I kindly ask if you could add this Flip/Rotate option in a future firmware update. It would greatly improve flexibility and user experience.Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.Best regards,
Javad

Ok great info except they do not even mention the home base as a storage option which is kind of insulting to us that were suckered into paying over $200 for it to only find out it has only 16Gb of included internal storage but you can add up to 16TB of storage by buying a extra hard drive internally then they recommend SD storage except cams like the s220 only has 8Gb of internal memory no SD card slot but can be added to the home base but then you have the E330 pro 4k ultra HD and 24/7 smart protection cam that states it has a SD card slot on it but once you get the cam you find out that SD card slot does nothing at all NOTHING but will be added to future updates for storage but Ive had it for over a year and guess what still does nothing but luckily it connects to the home base and can connect to nas storage for 24/7 storage so after reading their must read storage recommended articles I’m very let down not a peep about home base 3 at all like it’s not recommended I see why as I’m starting to get it blanking to solid green screen as I’m viewing recorded video like so bad it’s almost unwatchable and worthless as security cause when it’s free screening 20 out of Evey 30 sec but if I stop it then restart it’s ok for a min or less then started again and my wifi is great solid signal and I have a nice name brand 500Gb SSD drive in my home base 3 and also if your Internet connection goes out so does any viewing cams or stored video even when connected to a separate router that is fed by ISPs router I thought if you have your own router not ISPs that you should be able to see your home network and any connected devices but nope
