Anyone know if there is a way to set a record time length in automation when triggered by an event. I have a door sensor on my garage door and I’ve set it up so that when it opens it triggers two cameras to record. Problem is they record for 5 seconds and stop which is useless. I don’t want to change the normal record time settings for each camera as that will greatly reduce battery life for all events but you would think that they could add a custom record time to the automation page for this setting.

@Mattitude Unfortunately, at the moment there isn’t a way of adding additional time when a camera has started recording because of an automation, sensor trigger, etc. The cameras will record up to 5 seconds…if there is no motion, it will stop. It has been requested in the past, but hasn’t been updated yet.
