This campaign runs for 7 days, closing on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Winners announced by Friday, September 18.
Heads up: Sleep Earbuds 4 goes on sale in October, so winners get announced first and we’ll send your pair as soon as we have units. We’ll keep you posted.

- Prizes can be shipped to the US, Canada (outside Quebec), Australia, and New Zealand. Sorry to leave anyone out — it comes down to shipping and local promotion rules. Post anyway if you’re elsewhere; we read everything.
- Content must be original — no reposts or borrowed images/videos
- Your A30/A20 must be clearly shown in the photo/video
- By submitting, you agree soundcore may use your content (with credit) across our website, social channels, and marketing materials — full details in the terms below, including how to opt out or change your mind

⚖️ Full terms & conditions
Who can enter. You must be a registered soundcore Community member, 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher), and own the Sleep A30 or A20 shown in your submission. Employees of Anker Innovations Limited and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, may post but cannot win. Submissions must be in English to be assessed. This is a skill-based contest, not a game of chance.
Where prizes can be sent. Prizes can only be delivered to addresses in the United States, Canada excluding Quebec, Australia, and New Zealand. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are welcome to post from anywhere — every submission is read, and the permissions below apply to all of them — but submissions from outside those locations cannot be awarded a prize. If a winner has no deliverable address there, we will select the next eligible submission.
How to enter. Post one submission in this thread including at least one photo or video you shot yourself, clearly showing your own Sleep A30 or A20, plus a caption answering at least one of the questions above. One submission per person; if you post more than once, we’ll assess your first.
How winners are selected.
Most-Liked Post — the eligible submission with the highest like count when the campaign closes. If two tie, the one posted earlier wins. Likes obtained through solicitation, like-for-like exchanges, or automated means will be disregarded and may disqualify a submission.
Editor’s Pick — chosen by a panel of three members of the soundcore community and product teams, including at least one person not involved in running this campaign, assessing submissions on: (a) how specifically the submission describes a real sleep environment and real use; (b) how much the photo or video actually shows; (c) how much it tells us that other submissions don’t. Like count plays no part in this selection. We keep a written record of the assessment and will share a summary of how the winning submission was chosen with anyone who asks. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any right to complain to a consumer protection body.
Prize. Each winner receives one (1) pair of soundcore Sleep Earbuds 4 (approximate retail value USD 229.99). Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, swapped for other products, or upgraded to the Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro model. Sleep Earbuds 4 is expected to go on sale in October 2026. We will dispatch prizes within 30 days of the product becoming commercially available, and in any event no later than 31 January 2027. If we cannot supply it by then, we will offer an alternative product of equal or greater value.
Taxes and delivery. Winners are responsible for any duties, taxes, or charges due on delivery, and for reporting the prize to their own tax authority where local law requires it. Where law requires us to withhold or report tax, we will do so and tell the winner. Packaging, plug type, and warranty coverage may not match every local market.
Winner notification. We’ll contact winners by direct message here in the Community and post the winning usernames in this thread by Friday, September 18, 2026, so everyone can see the campaign ran fairly. If you’d rather we didn’t publish your username, tell us when we contact you and we’ll leave it out. If a winner doesn’t respond within seven (7) days, or delivery can’t be arranged, we may select an alternate.
Your content — what you’re agreeing to. By submitting, you confirm and agree that:
- The photo or video is yours. You shot it and have the right to share it. Please don’t post anything you found online or that belongs to someone else.
- You keep ownership. The permission below lets us use your submission; it doesn’t take it from you. You remain free to use and share your own content however you like.
- You grant Anker Innovations Limited and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, excerpt, publish, and display your submission — in whole or in part — across our own channels: our websites, product pages, retail listings, social media accounts, community and email content, and our internal product development work. We may crop, resize, or reformat to fit a placement; we won’t change what your content depicts.
If you are posting from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this permission does not apply to you by default. We will not use your submission in any marketing material unless we message you first and you agree. You can still enter and you can still win — everything else in these terms applies to you as normal. - Paid advertising is not covered by the above. If we want to use your submission in a paid ad, we’ll message you first and use it only if you agree.
- We’ll credit you by your Community username. If you’d prefer a different credit, or none at all, tell us at soundcore-team@anker-in.com. In formats where a credit can’t practically be shown, we may leave it out.
- You can change your mind. Write to soundcore-team@anker-in.com any time and we’ll stop using your submission going forward. We may not be able to recall material already published or in distribution, but nothing new will go out.
- We’re not obliged to use any submission, and winning doesn’t mean your content will be published.
- You won’t be paid for our use of your submission. A prize, if you win one, is the only compensation, and these permissions apply whether or not you win.
- If you’d rather submit without granting any of this, just say so in your post. We’ll treat your submission as off-limits for marketing use. This has no effect on whether you can win — your submission is still read and still eligible.
Other people in your content. If another person is identifiable in your photo or video, we won’t use it in any marketing material unless we’ve obtained their permission separately. Anyone you describe in words must have agreed to be mentioned. Please don’t include children in any form. Check the frame before posting — screens, documents, mail, packaging, and windows can reveal an address, a name, or someone else’s face without you noticing. If your video captures another person’s voice, the same applies.
Not a medical device. soundcore sleep products are not medical devices. They are designed solely to support general wellness and optimise your sleep experience. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition (including insomnia, sleep apnea, or tinnitus). Any data they show is for informational purposes only.
Please don’t share health information. This thread is about sleep environments and habits, not a medical forum. Please leave personal health and medical details out of your submission — including other people’s, such as a partner’s snoring described as a medical condition. We can’t answer health questions, and nothing posted here by another member should be treated as medical advice. If sleep problems are affecting your daily life, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional. Submissions making health or medical claims may be removed and cannot win.
Your privacy and your data. The controller of your personal information for this campaign is Anker Innovations Limited, Room 1318-19, Hollywood Commercial Center, 610 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, contactable at soundcore-team@anker-in.com.
To run this campaign we process your Community account information and your submission. If you win, we also process the contact and delivery details you give us to send your prize, and share those with our logistics providers for that purpose only. Some of our affiliates and service providers are located outside your country, including in Hong Kong SAR and mainland China. We keep submission records for 12 months after the campaign closes, records of material we’ve used for as long as it remains in circulation plus 12 months, and winners’ delivery and tax records for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Moderation. We may remove submissions that are off-topic, promotional, offensive, contain other people’s personal information, or make health or medical claims. Removed submissions can’t win.
Changes and cancellation. We may modify, suspend, or cancel this campaign if it can’t run as planned — for example due to technical failure, tampering, supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If that happens, we’ll post an update in this thread.
Promoter. This campaign is run by Anker Innovations Limited, Room 1318-19, Hollywood Commercial Center, 610 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and entering also means agreeing to the soundcore Community Terms of Service. If you are a consumer resident in Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country that cannot be waived by agreement.
) because I had to fight two major noise triggers: my husband’s snoring and the loud, frigid blast of the air conditioner. Finding the Sleep A30s was such a pleasant surprise and a true life saver.
. They do have a sleep tracker which even tracks snoring and movements. They’re totally amazing! But don’t mind my personal stats. I was up sick most of the night, unrelated to the sleep buds. Lol.

What you’re up against 
For over 10 years, my life has been a silent, exhausting battle against sleepless nights! The heavy roar of a busy avenue from my 6th-floor window shatters any hope of quiet. Then, came the Sleep A20 ! It was pure alchemy! The physical comfort allowed me to sleep on my side, and the Soundcore App tracking completely reprogrammed my nights. For the first time in 10 years, the avenue lost the war, and I won my peacd back.
Your Wishlist 
Less than three months into this beautiful reality, disaster struck: I accidentally lost the left earbud. Since that day, my nights have returned to the old, exhausting routine. Because of the current firmware architecture - designed to strictly maintain a premium stereo experience - the remaining right earbud cannot pair independently or download the library sounds from the app without its partner! I am now holding a beautiful, premium peace of silent technology in my hand, listening to the roar of the traffic outside. Finding a simple replacement in Brazil is impossible… My wishlist is simple: I humbly ask the team to help me purchase a single left earbud. And who knows? Based on my deep love for your technology, maybe I could even be blessed with the chance to upgrade to the new Sleep 4, through this campaign!!! Until then, my lonely right earbud is waiting for a miracle
