Simple IP camera

Hello all, I think a simple question – Made the mistake of buying a blink camera – which I found out needs a subscription to effectively do anything…So here’s what I’m looking for:

No subscription
Simple camera to monitor a CNC machine
Be able to install software on ipad and watch video running non-stop for hours
Cheap

It looks like the Eufy Indoor Security Cam fits the bill…am I correct? Any suggestions of a better fit?

Thank you in advance,
Haluski

Yes

The wired indoor cameras would definitely be the best option if you’re going to have it running constantly. Wireless cameras are great, but you would run the battery down pretty quickly.

The wired Indoor Pan & Tilt cameras are really nice, especially because you can control them to move around the room.

Thanks for the info – I went out and purchased a C210 with a power cable but wireless connectivity – works perfectly…can keep my ipad running watching the cnc job…So Eufy is doing good…I am now fascinated with other products unlike with Blink…

No problem!
I’m glad I could be of help to you and your decision to choose Eufy Security products moving forward. I have been a Eufy customer for several years now and I have had a great experience the entire time! :100:

Definitely would recommend E340 only had it a few weeks but quality is amazing

That home base storage stuff can get petty pricy… Ether try and get a combo opp wich I believe comes with a storage disk or shop around on ebay real good…
If you buy a HB3 by itself it doesn’t come with a storage disk…

But ya if you wanted to just get somthing to monitor on… You can pick up an E220 indoor pan and tilt for about $30’s…
If needed you can put a 150GB s8m card it for local stirage… Best :ok_hand: bang for the buck right there…

You don’t need a subscription if you have a sync module, but eufy is much, much better. More up front cost with eufy but a year w blink has been awful–unreliable, battery gobblers, poor image quality and terrible service. Also planned obsolescence. That’s why I’m switching to eufy. And very happy

I don’t know how long you can watch, but it’s nice to have both the app and web portal option

i switched from ring to eufy, best move
