Hi, I was just about to purchase a Siren for my security system. I have the Homebase 2 with Eufy Cam2s, a few sensors and keypad.
Then I read the FAQs in the amazon.mx site and it says that device is not compatible if you live outside the US. What??? Is this true? I’m from Mexico and I have purchased many eufy products over the past few years (all from Amazon.mx) and none has this limitation

I also live in Mexico and recently purchased a Siren. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to pair the Siren with my Homebase despite carefully following all the steps provided in the app. No matter what I try, the issue persists. This is the first time I’ve encountered a problem with Eufy products, and it’s incredibly frustrating! I don’t understand why a Siren would be incompatible just because I’m outside the USA—it’s just a Siren!
