amazon drivers are notoriously rushed for each delivery. if it isn’t immediately clear, they’re not going to invest any time at all. they don’t have it.

i don’t disagree. what I’m saying, though, is that the rushed and reckless service is built into the business model and the price.
these are the things we need to consider when we use our wallets to lift up massive, global corporate retail giants, rather than small or locally owned businesses.
this is part of the cost of low prices and hyper-convenience.
