Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm Listener Does Not Work

I installed the Eufy Smoke and Carbom Monoxide Alarm listener. Batteries working and connected to Homebase. My First Alert smoke detectors went off twice the other day and the Eufy listener didn’t detect the alarms. Now I can’t trust it at all and Eufy refuses to give me a refund. Waste of money.
