Installed video doorbell. Eufy…am supposed ti get notified by phone when the doorbell is pressed….did not happen..uploaded log to tech support and pictures to show it was corrected synced to phone. Battery was full. Wifi. Bluetooth all connected…..all they did was kept asking me to send uploads and pic …totally useless tech support…the only thing they dud was offer coupons…dont think so…faulty video doorbell and tech support who did not kniw what they are talking about…junk. And bad service
