So, I purchased a third S340 and a third C210 from Temu. They’re refurbished and the price just keeps dropping (after they had to price match and refund $40 for the first one when I found the same thing on eBay for $89).
Anyway, Temu is kind of like AliExpress and a basement bargain kind of Amazon. But these cameras are actually shipped from the Eufy Store. And it saysAnker recertified store in Temu.
Ordered on the 26, was surprised by a notification of a package out for delivery today via USPS. Had no idea this was supposed to be my cameras, checked the tracking said it was tendered to USPS from Amazon. Checked the Temu app and the tracking said the same. Keep in mind it said both cameras were delivered, only provided one tracking number, and the brown bag it arrived in only contained the C210, with a packing slip (which says Eufy Home at the top) just for the C210, somehow along the lines someone just scammed me out of 79.99 for that camera. I’m awaiting an investigation…
Technically Eufy selling them through Temu, bought two and a replacement battery for the doorbell cam e340 with no issues. Registered them through Eufy and they appear to have a warranty on them.
I had to contact the seller through the Temu app, it loaded eufy support, now they’re waiting on eufy to “reship” if not I’ll be refunded. It did not ship with the C210, that packing slip actually looks like it came from Amazon, and only states the one item. Hopefully they just failed to provide a second tracking number…
Just got it today, the Anker store on Temu replied the same day with a tracking number telling me that it would be delivered by the end of day today. It arrived packed in an Amazon bag. Out of the 4 refurbished (3 S340s with this addition and a third C210) cameras that I purchased on Temu, this is the only one to appear to have ever been used or even taken out of the box. I could hear the mounts and solar panel rattling around inside the box, and this is the only one that didn’t have the sticker over the lenses, and some sort of smudge on the front.
Well, I just took a look at the photo you posted.
That packing slip looks like an Amazon one, and I recently just purchased a refurbished E220 outdoor cam from Amazon and the packing slip says Eufy Home.
Anker/Eufy is. They have a seller account in Temu, just like they do Amazon. It’s legit, I’ve been able to register the warranty cards for all 4 cameras with no issue and received my credits for them.
I’m just finding better deals in Temu at the moment. I bought a replacement battery for the doorbell E340 for around $30. I have the doorbell to replace one of my S220s, just have to find a mount for it. I’m currently eyeing another E340 on Temu (I bought the first one from the Eufy store) with a spare battery and chime for $130ish.
Now, I’m toying with the idea of some S3 pros to replace the solo cam s220s I have. A single one for 89 or 2 plus a HB3 for $179, but I really don’t need a third HB3. And they ship as fast as Amazon does, maybe not from locations as close to me, but I did get the camera they forgot to ship in 2 days from California to Ohio from an unheard of shipping company lol.
lol don’t encourage me, rents got to be paid first ha. I really do like this deal too.
Scrolling through the images it says 1TB HD included. https://share.temu.com/hSzw78XFcLC
While Amazon has the same thing for 429. So I’m tempted, 4 e330s HB3 with 1 TB HD anker recertified for $257, or Shipped by Amazon sold by EufyHome for $429. (FYI Eufy Home is at the top of every one of my packing slips for the cameras I’ve already bought.
I am really really tempted to pull this trigger on the E330s just based on the fact that they have 16.5’ power cord for continuous recording (don’t think that’s the HB3s cord length). I wonder f I can just use my s220 gutter mounts for them, rather than having to find something new.
it appears the eufy shop offering new products on temu may be direct, but the refurbished items are not. however, eufy does still respect warranties on their products, so they are at authorized. (just a little fyi, as i would chalk this up to an error rather than a scam)
the very first thing you need to do is flag the order as incomplete under your orders page in temu. you may have to first select “return/refund” then specify you didnt recieve something.
honestly, everytime I’ve had trouble on temu i just chat with customer support to have them handle in the most effective way. this is also useful if the order was made with some of temus promos that restrict/forbid returns/refunds, as it ensures the account isnt accidentally marked with a malicious refund over a very real error/issue.
It was an error and Anker made it right, I sent them video of the size of the bag, me opening the bag and the contents of it. They sent me a tracking number for my missing S340 and said it would be delivered by end of day yesterday. And it was.
To touch base in the refurbished aspect, three of the 4 cameras that I purchased through them in Temu, appear to have never been taken out of the box, still having stickers over the lenses. This last one has been used though. All at least worked for pairing and registering the warranties. I have them added to my Hand, just turned off until I get a chance to mount them.
