So ordered this on Amazon. Is there no way to register a warranty card for it? Won’t pair to HB, neither QR code works for scanning, they (the one in the usb be dongle and the one in the chime) tell me wrong serial number when I scan them and say something about making sure you get all 4 corners, which made me look at bother and these things are cut off, there’s 3 corners the 4th is cut off lol. Manual input gives the same error.

But it does work, just plug and play and set one door bell to use a chime… But only devices that can be paired with a HB can be registered, entry sensors can be paired so why can’t this thing?

Yeah it is strange that ONLY bound devices to the home base can be registered in the app. I bought a Eufy solar panel and was surprised that it couldn’t be registered either. But if you have a warranty issue just try calling Eufy support on the phone just make sure you have the amazon order number.
