Probably a connection issue, I can’t download events if the device can’t be connected to it. Which seems silly, since aren’t they actually downloaded in my HB anyway?

Oh cross camera video I have had that issue it is available on home base but won’t go to my phone I think it’s to much for the phone to compress and store. Is it only the cross camera footage you have trouble with?

…building in Apple FindMy/Android equivalent? Then if they are stolen, they can be potentially located/tracked?

I don’t think they can even use them after it is stolen. I’m pretty sure the original owners have to delete it from there app before it can be reinstalled by someone. I don’t think holding the sync button to do a factory reset works either.
