We’ve had this camera for a few months now, but it doesn’t seem to be too reliable. Only picks up motion/human intermittently and any time a chech to see what it’s picking up I get an error message ‘searching for secure video channel’. There is a strong signal showing from the WIFI, so that wouldn’t appear to be the issue. What can I do to have a product that does what it was purchased to do
Try moving the camera closer to the Wi-Fi signal to see if that is the problem. You may have congestion on the Wi-Fi channel being used. You may need to find an alternate channel that isn’t as congested.
