When in a mode with the “light alarm” enabled, my Solocam S340 will detect motion and activate the light alarm. I can see the red indicator light turn on indicating that the camera should be recording. However, in my notifications I only see the alarm event and no associate video. So either the camera didn’t record, didn’t save the video, or “lost” the video / failed to sync the video with the app. This is a brand new camera - how can I fix it?
Think I found the issue. When I set up a new “Sleep” mode with the alarm activated, video recording and notifications were not selected by default. Therefore only the alarm activated.
