SOLVED! Notification on phone but no video/events on homebase 2

I do receive notification on phone and ipad when there’s a detection on one of my cams (3) but the homebase stores no video/events.

2x eufycam 2
1x doorbel
1x Homebase 2

Nothing changed in my settings. It did work perfect for than half a year no suddenly no vids stored on my homebase anymore. Storage is empty and never got over 6gb. Then i deleted the vids.

I just solved this problem by:

Creating new security groups On and Off

Using the new group On (with cams on) results in saved vids. The old default group “Away” does still not work, I don’t no why.

Anyway new groups work and I put ‘On’ and ‘Off’ in a schedule :wink:
