I’ve actually been having the same issue lately with my video doorbell.

I have the same problem for weeks now. Eufy said that the update off the app should solve the bug. But nope. Still no notifications

Here the same thing. Since 10 October no notifications anymore. And Eufy doesn’t find a solution.

I’m having a hard time connecting a new camera to my existing Home base…Can’t figure it out and I’m wondering if it’s not compatible maybe?
