Great deterrent!

Cameras can be an excellent deterrent!

That’s definitely sketchy behavior. Since you’re running the E340, you’ve got that bottom camera—make sure your Activity Zones are stretched all the way out to cover your daughter’s car specifically. I’d also suggest using the Two-Way Audio if you see him again. Just a quick “Can I help you?” through the doorbell usually sends people packing once they realize they’re being watched live. Stay safe!
That’s a close one! Glad the camera spooked them. If you want to level up the security there, try setting an Audio Alarm automation in the app. You can set it so if the camera catches motion in that specific alley spot late at night, the camera itself lets out a siren. Usually, that noise is enough to make sure they don’t just “change their mind” but actually run off. Also, if you can, toggle on Full-Color Night Vision—it makes identifying descriptions way easier if you ever need to file a report.

Couldn’t have said it better. I see a lookout on the side walk and I don’t see the other one looking at your 220 so I guess it was the doorbell cam he saw.
A spot light turning on would have helped as well. Turn the video in to police, I’m sure these two ripped off someone else, and you still have a good view of his face.
