Special tasks in the app aren’t working except for “enter your birthday”. The other 2 tasks won’t complete even though I went straight there using the Go button… 
That’s frustrating! Sometimes the system takes a while to register completed tasks. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Also, checking the ‘Rules’ section in the points menu might clarify if there are specific requirements for those tasks. Hope it works for you soon
I have the same problem. Maybe we can only do 1 special task per day. I’ll try again tomorrow.
