You can’t see his face and his moped had no plates. Reporting this would have been pointless. This happened 20 minutes before I got home so that pile of trash is lucky he didn’t bump into me because the police would have scooped him off the floor.

This is why I have 24/7 recording. I can look before the event and see what happened. Did they just zoom bye and see it or are they following the delivery driver? I think I saw a license plate as well. Probably couldn’t read it thou.

I would have reported it so the police know this is happening and can keep a lookout in the area.

I think you might have to inform the delivery service to place items of that size in your Post box.
