SMH unbelievable… Did you contact the police, if so what did they say??
You can’t see his face and his moped had no plates. Reporting this would have been pointless. This happened 20 minutes before I got home so that pile of trash is lucky he didn’t bump into me because the police would have scooped him off the floor.
