What is he looking for
Not sure probably looking at security on houses or cars . he seems to walk down further each time he comes …
Looks like the stranger is walking a dog…

He is walking a dog but it’s a cul de sac and there is a green over the road so y walk down our road knowing you can’t get out … plus he walks up to one house at a time but only does it 1 or 2 weeks apart so looks suspiciously like he is checking on houses and vehicles
That’s what I thought a dog with reflective collar to be seen at night
He’s not casing houses, the dogs collar would give him away almost looks like a light.
He probably not casing houses but y every week or 2 does he come down street but a bit further each time and turns around by drive… dog collar would give him away but if someone asks him what’s he is doing he would just say walking dog but y not walk over field that is opposite I would understand if our street you could get out at both ends
Lock him up
Using a dog as cover. The oldest trick in the book !
Extremely sus
