Stuck in 1080p recording after canceling Cloud Storage

I canceled the Cloud backup Storage but still stuck in recording 1080p. I am not able to switch to 4k recording. Does it take time for the camera to realize it’s not setup for Cloud Storage anymore in order to enable 4k? Thanks in advance

I thought I seen someone say restarting the home base helped.

Hi, on the My Service page of the sidebar, please try to uncheck the device.
